Once you place your order, you’ll receive an email with your onboarding details, next steps, and a link to your project intake form. From there, I’ll begin customizing your service based on your unique goals and brand.

2. How long will my project take?

Each product listing includes an estimated timeline. Most projects are completed within 1–4 weeks depending on the scope. You'll receive a schedule during onboarding so you always know what to expect.

3. What if I don’t have all my content ready yet?

No problem! I’ll guide you through what’s needed and offer copy prompts to help you move forward. You can start the process now and provide your materials as we go.

4. Do I get to review and request edits?

Yes! Every service includes at least one revision round, and I want you to feel confident in the final product. We'll collaborate through each stage to make sure it reflects your vision.

5. What platform will my website be built on?

Most websites are designed for Shopify, Wix, or WordPress (Divi), depending on the package. If you’re unsure which one is right for you, I’m happy to guide you based on your business needs.

6. Do you offer payment plans?

Yes! Many of our services are available through Shop Pay Installments at checkout. You can spread the cost over time while we begin building your brand right away.
