At DigitalCreatives.shop, we stand behind the quality of our digital products, services, and resources. Your satisfaction matters to us, and we’re here to help you grow with clarity and confidence. However, due to the nature of our offerings, please review our refund terms carefully:

Digital Products & Downloads

All sales of digital downloads (including templates, guides, strategy kits, and any digital assets) are final. Because digital products cannot be returned, we do not offer refunds or exchanges once a download has been delivered or accessed.

Services & Custom Work

Refunds for custom design, branding, website, or marketing services are not available once work has begun. If you wish to cancel a project before work has started, please contact us within 24 hours of purchase to request a cancellation and full refund.

If a project is delayed due to lack of client communication, we will hold the project for up to 30 days. After that time, we reserve the right to close the project without refund.

Workshops & Coaching Calls

Bookings for consulting sessions, 1:1 coaching, and workshops are non-refundable. If you need to reschedule, please contact us at least 24 hours in advance, and we’ll do our best to accommodate a new time.

Errors or Issues

If you experience any issues accessing a file, receiving your service, or believe you were charged in error, please contact us within 2 days of purchase at support@digitalcreatives.shop, and we’ll work with you to resolve the issue promptly.

Chargebacks

Initiating a chargeback without contacting us first to resolve the issue may result in revoked access to all future services and products. We’re here to help — please reach out directly before escalating through your payment provider.
